Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. We do not offer cash or original payment method refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at unitigraceco@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 645 Dussel Drive, Maumee, Ohio 43537

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales: Certain items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (All sales are final)

  • Gift cards (All sales are final)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or accessories, for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome within the 7-day window as long as the item is in its original, perfect condition with tags. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, use your store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credit (Refunds): We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you will receive an electronic Store Credit for the value of the item. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your credit once the item is received.
