Graphic Tee Care Guide
Protect your Grit & Grace.
To keep your custom-pressed graphic looking brand new and to maintain the structured fit of our heavyweight cotton, follow these steps:
1. Turn It Inside Out
Before tossing it in the wash, always turn your tee inside out. This creates a barrier between the graphic and other clothes, preventing the print from rubbing against zippers or buttons.
2. Cold Water Only
Heat is the enemy of custom prints. Wash your tees in cold water on a gentle cycle. This prevents the 100% cotton from shrinking and keeps the graphic from cracking or peeling over time.
3. Skip the Bleach & Harsh Detergents
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down the adhesive in the graphic and dull the "Cocoa" or "Oreo" garment-dyed colors.
4. Hang Dry or Tumble Dry Low
For the longest life, hang drying is the gold standard. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting and remove the shirt while it’s still slightly damp to avoid over-drying the print.
5. Never Iron the Print
If the shirt gets wrinkled, use a steamer. If you must use an iron, never touch the iron directly to the graphic. Iron the shirt inside out on a low setting if necessary
